Quotely provides tools for creating and following up on quotes and invoices. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and delivery of your business documents.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect account access, and use Quotely only for lawful business purposes.

Payments and cancellation

Paid plan pricing, billing frequency, cancellation terms, and any refund eligibility will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal.

Customer communications

You are responsible for having permission to contact customers and complying with applicable email, privacy, consumer-protection, and tax laws.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, ClimbHigherCo, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
